We have been traveling down the east coast aboard our 1984 CAL 35 for the last month. During that time we've lost a water pump and an injector lines.
Each time was in a different city and each time, I contacted Jennifer at Yacht Supply Depot, Inc. I can't tell you how easy and efficient she was at getting us taken care of.
The parts were right and she shipped them to me promptly to different marinas and without a single issue. These days, you can get on the phone (and believe me I have)
with someone who not only doesn't know what you need, they don't really care to take the time to HELP you figure out what you need.
We have an old Universal diesel and sometimes these parts and part numbers are difficult to locate. Let me just say this, if you need a part and are considering Yacht Supply... give em' a call, you will not be sorry.
They will take care of you and the part will be correct. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with them and I will use them again should the need arise.
I have searched and searched for a replacement cap for my gas fill that i dropped overboard. I received several others from other stores that were too deep and did not seat correctly.
I contacted Yacht Supply Depot and they took the time to find the CORRECT manufacture of the fill I have and sent me the cap I needed.
Even though it was not the largest sale, they took the time to find it.
I run a boat business in the Turks & Caicos Island, Caicos Adventures, and I use Yacht Supply Depot as a supplier for a lot of our parts and other supplies.
They have a lot to choose from, good prices, and are very flexible.
They won' hesitate to go the extra for delivery or special needs, and I recommend their service.

She arranged to have the compass dropped shipped to me. I had checked with a couple of other retailers who weren’t able to get me exactly what I wanted….but Jennifer was able to do that.
