Our Shipping Policy:
Yacht Supply Depot tries it's best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Upon verification of payment, Yacht Supply Depot will do it's best to ship your order the SAME day the order is received, if prior to 2PM, EST. This does not include any holidays and weekends. Not all items are eligible for overnight shipping or 2nd day shipping. If your item(s) are not in stock, you will be notified via the email address given that your item will have a lead time for shipping. In many instances, since we deal directly with the manufactures, they will drop ship the product directly to you in order to avoid any further delay in you receiving the products ordered. This is one of the benefits of dealing with a company who has accounts with many of the manufactures we represent.
We use a variety of shipping carriers and it is our sole discretion to decide which one to utilize. We commonly use Federal Express and UPS to ship your packages.
This, however, does not include overweight and special order items. Items that are too large or heavy to be delivered via United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express (Fedex) or whatever method is deemed to be the most effective and will be shipped by common carrier, dock to dock, and will take more time if there are factors. Due to changing rates in shipping costs, adjustments of pricing may be done to reflect increases in shipping costs.
Shipping costs can change without notice.
Larger, heavy items such as but not limited to water pumps, water makers, generators, batteries, paints require special handling and special shipping rates above the normal rate offered due to HAZMAT related fees. Please note that there are many items that must be weighed and do not have an available weight until the order is placed. This applies to Fiberglass, coring materials, generators, resins, epoxies, plywood, watermakers, etc. The weight of the crate that may be needed to ship has to be added to receive an accurate shipping rate.
International shipping is available and we will offer the best price that is available at the time of the order and the type of shipping that is required by the customer. .
