We will gladly work with each customer to ensure that each return is handled in a fair and equitable manner.
We will refund any order within 15 days of the item SHIPPING , minus all shipping and up to a 25% restocking fee.
15 days start when the order has been shipped by Yacht Supply Depot regardless of when the item(s) are received and opened.
Once we receive your return in the proper and acceptable condition, which is acceptable to Yacht Supply Depot, Inc. in it sole discretion, we will then refund your credit card, check,
or whatever Yacht Supply Depot deems acceptable terms AFTER said funds have cleared and the unit has been received, for the full purchase price minus up to a 25% restocking fee of the total sale price before shipping charges.
Returns cannot be accepted with out prior arrangements and approval.
YOU MUST RECEIVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER for an item to be returned during the 15 day period. IF A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER IS NOT GIVEN AND THE ITEMS ARE RETURNED, NO REFUND WHATSOEVER WILL BE GIVEN.
Shipping, handling fees and special order items if applicable, are not refundable whatsoever.
ITEMS that are SPECIAL ORDERS which include but are not limited to the following; GENERATORS, WATER MAKERS, TOILETS, WASTE TREATMENT UNITS, OUTRIGGERS, ELECTRONICS,
AND HURRICANE PROVISIONS MAY NOT BE RETURNED FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OFFERED FOR THESE ITEMS.
ELECTRICAL ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR ANY REASON. THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO: LIGHTS, SWITCHES, BATTERY CHARGERS, AVRS, ELECTRICAL ENDS, ISOLATORS, DIMMERS, POWER SUPPLIES, UNDERWATER LIGHTS, AND ANY RADIO.

SPECIAL ORDERS are made when the item is not in stock and an order is placed with the manufacture. When the order is placed, the order is finalized.
When the order is finalized with the manufacture and a confirmation is received by Yacht Supply Depot that the order is received, we will
then consider that order complete.
It is the consumer's responisibility that the order you make is correct. If an item is acceptable for return, it must be in the original,
undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, plastic bags, and the
blank warranty cards. The manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within a new shipping carton. Please note that the warranty
card must not be filled out. If any products are defective, you will need to contact the manufacturer. Any blister packed items or products
that come in hard plastic wrap can only be returned if unopened and in original condition. It is up to the sole
discretion of Yacht Supply Depot, Inc. to determine if an item/package has been opened and/or damaged. Any remanufactured or refurbished
sales are covered by the manufacturers warranty and must be sent back to the manufacturer for any repair and/or replacement. We can not
accept any returns for any issues with remanufactured or refurbished units.
