Through its internet website, Yacht Supply Depot, inc. provides you with access to 

a variety of marine supplies and marine parts and yacht supply information, 

(collectively "Services"). Yacht Supply Depot, inc. does not offer installation nor is it

included in the sale of any item(s) sold. The Services, including any updates, 

enhancements, new features, and/or the addition or deletion of any new internet 

properties, are subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Personal and non-commercial use limitation:

Unless otherwise specified, the Services are for your personal and non-

commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, 

perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, 

transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained 

from the Services and or internet website Yachtsupplydepot.com.

Member Account, Password, & Security:

If any of the Services requires you to open an account, you must complete 

the registration process by providing us with current, complete and accurate 

information as prompted by the applicable registration form. You also will 

choose a password and a user name. You are entirely responsible for

you are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under

knowledge. However, you could be held liable for losses incurred by YACHT 

SUPPLY DEPOT, INC.  or another party due to someone else using your account or

for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms, conditions,

Satisfaction Guarantee:

Yacht Supply Depot, Inc.  does not warranty or guarantee any item. This is done through the manufacturer. 

All warranty issues are the responisibility of the manufacturer and should be directed to them directly. 

We do not repair, replace nor warrant the use nor operation of any product sold through Yacht Supply Depot.  

All returns and exchanges must be in new condition and in the original packaging with all original components included. 

Any opened, used, damaged product will not be accepted. Hurricane supplies, water makers, toilets, waste treatment systems, 

generators are NON REFUNDABLE.

Availability of Products:

All products are limited to supply that is available from our numerous manufacturers and suppliers. 

Yacht Supply Depot, Inc. makes no guarantee of continued availability should an item be unexpectedly 

out of stock or backordered from one of our suppliers or manufacturers. If an item is not available your 

transaction will be refunded.

Risk of Loss:

Every item purchased from Yacht Supply Depot, Inc. are made pursuant to a shipment contract. 

This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. 

It is the responsibility of consumer to file any claims with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Our Shipping Policy:

Yacht Supply Depot does it's best to fill orders. Upon verification of payment, your order will be processed

 as soon as possible. We use a variety of shipping carriers and it is our sole discretion to decide which one to utilize.

This, however, does not include overweight and special order items. Items that are too 

large or heavy to be delivered via United Parcel Service (UPS) or Federal Express (Fedex) or whatever method is deemed to be the most effective and will be shipped by common carrier, dock to dock, 

and will take more time if there are factors.  Due to changing rates in shipping costs, adjustments of pricing 

may be done to reflect increases in shipping costs. Shipping costs can change without notice. We will at our discretion use whatever method of shipping as deemed necessary by Yacht Supply Depot, inc. to get the package to you the customer. We use many different carriers for our shipments. Larger, heavy items

such as but not limited to water pumps, water makers, generators, batteries, paints require special handling and 

special shipping rates above the normal rate offered. GENERATORS AND WATER MAKERS MUST BE PAID FOR IN FULL BEFORE SHIPMENT WILL COMMENCE. 

LARGE MONETARY TRANSACTIONS IN EXCESS OF $250.00 (US DOLLARS) WILL HAVE TO BE CLEARED PRIOR TO SHIPMENT UNLESS OTHERWISE PROVIDED. CERTAIN OTHER

ITEMS MAY ALSO BE INCLUDED IN PAYMENT REQUIREMENT BEFORE SHIPMENT WILL COMMENCE. 

Cancellation of order:

Please notify us immediately if you wish to cancel an order via email at cancellationoforder@yachtsupplydepot.com . 

We work to quickly process all orders in a timely manner.  Once delivery is accepted you may return/exchange items per 

our return policy. There will be up to a 25% restocking fee for items that are returned. Special orders and/or discontinued 

products are NOT returnable nor refundable.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability Issues regarding Yacht Supply Depot.inc.:

Except as expressly stated herein, Yacht Supply Depot, inc. expressly disclaims all warranties, 

express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to, 

merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability 

to Yacht Supply Depot, Inc. arising from any product sold on theYacht Supply Depot, Inc. website shall be the price 

of the product ordered. In no event shall Yacht Supply Depot, Inc., its directors, officers, employees or other representatives 

be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to product sold.

CONNECTION WITH ANY PRODUCTS SOLD OR ITS SERVICES PROVIDED TO A CUSTOMER, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 

WE DO NOT OFFER INSTALLATION NOR CONTROL THE USE THAT A CONSUMER MAY USE ANY SUCH PRODUCT PURCHASED FROM YACHT SUPPLY DEPOT, INC. 

Yacht Supply Depot, inc.  reserves the right to change specifications without notice to incorporate technological advances and engineering 

modifications on any or all items offered for sale as we cannot control the changes made by the manufacturers. Serious injury and even death

can occur from improper use and applications of any item.  It is the responsibility of the purchaser/consumer to take the necessary precautions when

installing, operating, and maintaining any product or machinery. 

 

All persons purchasing items must be at least 18 years old. 

Indemnification by User:

You shall indemnify and hold harmless Yacht Supply Depot, inc. from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, causes of 

action, suits, proceedings, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees, arising from or relating 

to your use of the Website, or any act, error, or omission of you or any user of your account in connection therewith, including,

but not limited to, matters relating to incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information; libel; invasion of privacy; infringement 

of a copyright, trade name, trademark, service mark, or other intellectual property; any defective product or any injury or 

damage to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed through or in connection with the Service;

or violation of any applicable law. 



ANY LEGAL ACTION BROUGHT BY OR AGAINST YACHT SUPPLY DEPOT, INC. UNDER THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT SHALL BE 

DETERMINED BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA. VENUE AND JURISDICTION FOR ANY AND ALL ACTIONS SHALL BE WITHIN THE COUNTY OF BROWARD

AND THE STATE OF FLORIDA, RESPECTFULLY.

Product Warranties: 

A customer will receive the benefit of manufacturer’s warranties on products purchased. WE MAKE NO EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES 

OR REPRESENTATIONS WITH RESPECT TO OUR SERVICES OR ANY PRODUCTS SOLD THROUGH OR BY US (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF 

FITNESS, MERCHANTABILITY, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF PERFORMANCE, DEALING, OR TRADE USAGE).

IN ADDITION, WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION THAT THE OPERATION OF SELLER’S ONLINE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE.  

Yacht Supply Depot, Inc. does not make recommendations of what product to purchase nor warrant that the product purchased by the consumer

is fit for it's intended use or non-use.

Tax Information:

Yacht Supply Depot, Inc. is located in Florida and all delivery addresses within Florida will be charged applicable state taxes. 

We are not required by law to collect sales and use tax on shipments outside of the state of Florida.

Exchange/Return Requirements:

All images on the website will be for illustrative purposes only and may not be the actual image/photo of the product. Many of the parts have the same product code as the manufacture, 

so they should be verified in this manner to avoid ordering the incorrect part. Manufactures update, change, omit, change many products.

While these guidelines are stringent, they help us to maintain everyday low prices for all customers and consumers. 

We will gladly work with each customer to ensure that each return is handled in a fair and equitable manner.

We will refund any order within 15 days of delivery of purchase, minus all shipping and up 

to a 25% restocking fee. Please email us at RETURNS@YACHTSUPPLYDEPOT.COM  Once we receive your return in the proper and acceptable 

condition, which is acceptable to Yacht Supply Depot, Inc. in it sole discretion,  we will then refund your credit card, check, 

or whatever Yacht Supply Depot deems acceptable terms AFTER said funds have cleared and the unit has been received, for the full 

purchase price minus up to a 25% restocking fee of the total sale price before shipping charges. Returns cannot be accepted with 

out prior arrangements and approval. YOU MUST RECEIVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION  NUMBER for an item to be returned during the 15 day period. 

IF A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER IS NOT GIVEN AND THE ITEMS ARE RETURNED, NO REFUND WHATSOEVER WILL BE GIVEN.

Shipping, handling fees and special order items if applicable, are not refundable whatsoever. 

ITEMS that are SPECIAL ORDERS which include but are not limited to the following; GENERATORS, WATER MAKERS, TOILETS, WASTE TREATMENT UNITS, OUTRIGGERS, ELECTRONICS, 
AND HURRICANE PROVISIONS MAY NOT BE RETURNED FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS OFFERED FOR THESE ITEMS.
SPECIAL ORDERS are made when the item is not in stock and an order is placed with the manufacture. When the order is placed, the order is finalized.
When the order is finalized with the manufacture and a confirmation is received by Yacht Supply Depot that the order is received, we will 
then consider that order complete.

It is the consumer's responisibility that the order you make is correct. If an item is acceptable for return, it must be in the original, 

undamaged manufacturer's packaging with all packaging materials, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, plastic bags, and the

blank warranty cards. The manufacturer's labeled packaging must be enclosed within a new shipping carton. Please note that the warranty 

card must not be filled out. If any products are defective, you will need to contact the manufacturer. Any blister packed items or products 

that come in hard plastic wrap can only be returned if unopened and in original condition. It is up to the sole

discretion of Yacht Supply Depot, Inc. to determine if an item/package has been opened and/or damaged. Any remanufactured or refurbished 

sales are covered by the manufacturers warranty and must be sent back to the manufacturer for any repair and/or replacement. We can not 

accept any returns for any issues with remanufactured or refurbished units. 

Acceptance of Orders Policy:

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation, either from the Yacht Supply Depot, inc. website or telephone or a third 

party, does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Yacht Supply Depot, inc. 

reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason it deems necessary. 

Yacht Supply Depot, inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less 

than the quantity you ordered of any item. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order on 

items deemed necessary by Yacht Supply Depot, inc. in it's sole discretion for security and fraud protection.

Pricing Policy:

Our costs are constantly changing from our manufacturers on many items. We offer the lowest prices on many items available and at a 

substantial savings. However, we must update our prices almost weekly due to price increases from our suppliers and manufacturers. 

Therefore, some pricing may be more or less than what is advertised on Yacht Supply Depot Inc. website. We reserve the right to change 

prices at anytime, at our sole discretion, and should a product be unavailable or discontinued, we offer no substitutes or backorder 

of product, only a product that may take the place of that product which is available at the time of placing the order.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing, 

quantities available or product information received from our suppliers, Yacht Supply Depot, Inc. shall have the right to refuse 

or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price or items that are not available or out of stock. Yacht Supply Depot, Inc. 

shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. 

If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Yacht Supply Depot, Inc. shall immediately 

issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge upon verification of cleared and captured funds to our account.

All requests for technical service and support should be made directly to the manufacturer in accordance with their terms and conditions.
