SSM-AIR
BILGE units offer a non-chemical alternative to control odors generated in bilges on board vessels of varying types. These systems are designed to utilize low levels of Ozone ( O3 ) gas as an oxidizer to destroy bilge odors stemming from standing water, oils, fuels, organic matter and microorganism growth in bilges. They are installed outside of the bilge compartment and a line is run down into the bilge compartment(s).
 
This Catalytic Oxidation advanced technology is time proven. Our design works with run time to eliminate odors that for decades have been addressed by boat owners using chemicals in an attempt to mask these offensive odors at their source.

Ozone( O3 ): Natural air purification is performed by the ultraviolet (UV) rays of the sun, and ozone, which is produced by thunderstorms and UV rays.
