Galley Maid Vertical Anchor Winch. Galley Maid vertical Windlasses are quality units that consist of top of the line parts. All models feature triple chrome plated bronze above deck hardware. The vertical models are available in rope only or rope and chain configurations. They are available for use on vessels as large as 65 feet. We do offer a 5 Hp. Warping capstan for larger vessels (rope only). They come in a vast array of deck blockings to fit your specifications. They are available in all D.C. and A.C. voltages. (Warping Capstan available in A.C. only). DC models feature complete control package consisting of heavy duty corrosion resistant aluminum enclosure - motor overcurrent protection in the form of a heavy duty single purpose circuit breaker of appropriate size and rating - control circuit overcurrent protection - motor overheat protection - single terminal strip wiring to ease installation - prewired controls are supplied for reversing or nonreversing models - remote master on/off switch - foot switches with complete mounting hardware for a waterproof installation.
